MartinCOOKCOOK - MARTIN, 18th September, 2021. Suddenly at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 64 years and of Millbank Road, Rhyl. Beloved husband of Tracey, dear father of Simon, Matthew, Lianne and Lindsay, father-in-law of Sara, precious Taidi of Sammy, Ethan, Harry, Niamh, Baby Bump and Caris, and dearly loved son of Sheila. Will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral Service will be held at the Denbighshire Crematorium, St. Asaph on Thursday, 7th October at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired in memory of Martin will be gratefully received towards the British Heart Foundation per Ivor Howatson & Son, Funeral Directors, Sisson Street, Rhyl, Tel.
